Story: A rowdy group of friends rent a houseboat and set off for an amazing vacation. Filled with the spirit of adventure, they chart a course as far as the houseboat will travel and come to land on a vastly unexplored, mountainous region. The group splits as eight of them continue forward, exploring much deeper into the vastly untouched terrain. They are rewarded with a paradise rarely seen: a beautiful island cove. Their fun is short-lived, however, as they are kidnapped and held hostage by a mysterious group of men. Meanwhile, a group of archaeologists also exploring the territory discover an undocumented species. This predator creature seems to be millions of years old, but has human characteristics. While the scientists toil away to uncover more about this unprecedented species, they too run into trouble. Little do they all know, the captors are not they only ones they need to fear. Evolution Creek was amazing. It is a perfect mix of action, sci-fi,human interaction, spirituality... The acting is great; you would neverknow they barely had a budget. It's top-notch! The cinematography isjust beautiful. Pretty amazing. And the special effects were downrightawesome. The plot is great, and is a unique twist on a classic. Theyreally make it their own. I knew the brothers were talented, but I wasstill blown away ~ and so happy to see the theater packed for itspremiere. This is a Must-See for anyone interested in film. Veryprofessional. Very sleek. I hope to see much more of the Bivensbrothers in months to come. Keep up the good work!

Evolution Creek is a tremendous creation from start to finish by Leeand Greg Bivens. To see such a huge undertaking by these two brothersculminate into a SOLD-OUT premiere night at the historical StrandTheatre, was truly something special.
Evo-Creek has it all; great acting, tremendous cinematography,beautiful girls, rockin f/x, and much more. The Bivens brothersfinished a project that would be considered unfathomable to most.
Watching this movie with an amazing cast and killer special effectsdoes not reflect it's shoe-string budget one bit. A truly originalscreenplay, I can't wait to see these guys with a budget!

This film is really good considering it was created by two brotherswith no staff and was shot outdoors on an island with absolutely nobudget! I saw it at the world premiere which was standing room only(they said there were over 530 people there) and it was very fun! I wasimpressed by the quality of the cinematography and the realism of theVFX. Impressive considering it was made by two guys in a micro studio.The plot is very original but is a classic good verses evil. The actorslook great and did a good job. The villains are intense and complementthe beast that appears to mix things up. I thought the message in thefilm was kinda neat since it has a subtle spiritual message. I did notsee to many mistakes in the film and I would watch it again.
